More often than not, we opt for a savory breakfast, but when we are craving something sweet (or the kids want a treat) this pancake ice cream sundae is the way to go! You will score bonus points for serving this!

So, to create a breakfast sundae bar like this, you will need 1-2 bags of our pancake puffs as the base and can then run wild with the rest of the toppings. As mentioned above, you could swap the ice cream for a healthier breakfast option like yogurt, serve a variety of fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, mini chocolate chips, whipped cream, etc.!
