Delicious Hot or Cold
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS • REMOVE FOIL TOP BEFORE MICROWAVING!
Microwaves vary—heat until oatmeal is hot.
FOR HOT OATMEAL IN YOUR OWN MICROWAVE-SAFE BOWL
1. Thaw partly first—either REMOVE FOIL TOP and microwave for 45 seconds, or leave top on and run cup under warm water for 30-45 seconds & then remove top.
2. Gently squeeze the sides and bottom of the cup to “pop” frozen oatmeal into the bowl.
3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
FOR HOT OATMEAL IN THE PLASTIC CUP
1. REMOVE FOIL TOP and wrap cup in paper towel (to prevent bubbling over).
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
FOR COLD OATMEAL
Thaw in refrigerator for 18-24 hrs. Remove foil, stir, & enjoy cold. Or reheat as desired!
KEEP THAWED (SEALED) OATMEAL IN REFRIGERATOR AND USE WITHIN 7 DAYS.
